Trust me it will get worse... i have the same problem but i just ignore it..
The reality is that if you have a male-type moustache and light skin it may be impossible to totally get rid of shadow. The advice to use a Norelco (Philishave outside the US) is good, because of the way they cut -- they grip the hair under gentle tension, depress the skin and then cut the hair at a point which is below the final skin level. When the hair is released by cutting, it goes right down under the surface of the skin. Make sure it's one of the MEN'S models of Norelco you get. Only they have that feature.
