your facial features dont necessarily change... but i may gain or lose fat on your face... just like anywhere else on your body. it will definately show under your chin because if you double the size of your chin, it'll be the size of your waist line.Does a persons facial features change if they gain o rlose weight?
only difference seems to be in the cheeks and underneath the chin area
