Covergirl tru blend is long lasting, has very good coverage and suits lots of different skin tones. i use it to cover blemishes and it works great. Maybelline pure foundation, dream matte mousse and silky stay foundation were all ones i've tried and they all had good coverage too, i just prefer covergirl. DONT use a powder foundation on your sking if your trying to cover facial hair as it will bring them out more and make them very obvious, so use a liquid foundation (if you use a different one to any ive suggested then just make sure its also oil-free), then a small amount of concealer that matches your skin tone wherever you need it (apply a small amount to start with then add more if you need it, never add alot to begin with or it will show through). Then if you need to cover any oily spots like your t-zone, then use a translucent powder, these ones are much better and wont show your hairs.

=] hope that helps!
Sephora has a pressed powder foundation that is wonderful. It goes on like a powder, but finishes very evenly. It's light weight on the skin, but evens out tone.
Make up always makes facial hair more obvious. Shave it off first, then apply your make up.
foundation on facial hair only makes it more obvious but i love mac foundations personally
