First, wash your face with soap, not detergent, soap, like Jergens Pure and Natural.


Mix 1 tablespoon powdered sugar with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and stir until you have a thin paste, using your fingertips massage onto skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water untill all sugar is gone.

Make a sinus face cream with essential oils of Rosemary, Lavender, Mint and Sage
don't get massage oil thats for sure, it will clog your pores. I hear that coconut oil is good.
Try shoving large cream pies in your face and really rubbing them in - atleast a dozen pies.
