You can use the burn tool and/or the clone tool, but the results will vary in quality depending on a lot of things.





It's far better to avoid the glare in-camera.

It really depends upon how much glare you are talking about. You can do a lot just using the Healing Brush Tool. It helps if your pictures are really bad to start with. Just select a good skin location on your subjects face and try to wipe the glare away.
