working out could change shape depending on how much fatty tissue is on the face and neck. but a healthy diet is essential to lowering excess body fat. if you are a fully grown adult(25+) , facial bones are fully developed and basic structure will not change without surgical intervention.( your trapezius muscles( neck/ shoulder) may increase in size)Does consistenly working out change your facial shape, or structure?
when you lose weight you lose it everywhere.... so if you are losing weight then you would lose fat in your face (losing your ';baby fat'; is the chubby cheeks that go away when you lose weight.)
if you are just working out and not losing weight, then as you lose body fat, you will see a more defined face because the fat will be gone from your face... so to answer you question...
neither. it just shows the muscles that were already in your face.
Someone already said that it can't change your bone structure. You can loose any fat in your face though, just like you can with your normal torso.
