Hi Gianni, Mexican's facial features vary widely from European white looking to Mexican Indian looking (the pictures that the media loves showing of the poor, impoverished, etc etc which kinda seems like a joke considering, yes there is some poverty in Mexico, but it also has the 14th largest economy in the world), Anyways, hehe, let's not get off track.


When the land that we know as Mexico today, was colonized only Mexican Indians were around. Europeans arrived and starting mixing the races. Also when Europeans arrived, they weren't just spanish, there was little, but some Portuguese, and quite a bit of french, and the ever obvious spanish, much like in the states, the english weren't the only ones to settle what is today known as USA.


Another thing to consider as that the more South you go, the shorter and darker people are with black hair and more Mexican Indian features.


The middle or central Mexico tends to be lighter, kind of like Salma Hayek's tone of skin. People tend to be slightly taller.


As you get to the way north of Mexico, people are much taller, and the skin color tends to be lighter as well.


If you look at pictures of features of Mexicans throughout the regions you can kind of see a progression of Darker shorter to Lighter taller.


All of this of course is not an impenetrable rule by no means, it's just a tendency, an observation that you can tell after living in certain parts of the country.


Also, it's important to remember that Mexico is simply a chunk of land with pretty arbitrary borders with consideration to demographics. This means that south Mexicans will probably look similar to Nicaraguans, El salvadorians and the like of Central America. It's more a location thing than borders thing is basically the point here.

The country has experienced a mix-race since the Spaniards came to Mexico (Former New Spain) in 1521.





Mexico experienced a big French immigration too, during the lates 1800 and early 1900 (because of the Mexican government affairs with the French).





Middle Eastern People, mainly Maronites (Christians) from Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, former Palestine, and Jordan came to the country in the early 1900 as well as a the Eastern European (mainly Jewish) did. Immigrants from Northern Europe (Menonites from Netherlands, Germany, etc), came to the country into a lesser extension and settled in the northern states of the country.





Biggest Ethnical Group in the country are the ';Mestizos';, a mix between European (Spaniard, French, Northeran %26amp; Eastern European and even Middle Eastern people for the mexican standards of ethnography) and Native Indians. Only about 10% of Mexicans are fully European, and 20% are fully Native Indians.





Since the ';Europeans'; from Netherlands are different of the Europeans that came from southern Spain and Turkey...Mestizos came in a different pale of shades....since the very light coloured skin, with blond hair and blue eyes (mainly NORTHERN european heritage) to the darker coloured skin with black eyes and hair (mainly Native Inidan heritage).





Mexico has most of its population living in the Central Plains and in the Southern states where the climate was friendlier for the ancient mexicans. And if we consider that those regions were home of the Aztecs, Mayas, Olmecs etc etc, we could say for an extent, that mexicans are mainly Mestizos with Indian American features.





Caucasic Like features are spreaded in the Northern States (No Native American presence to mix) and in every bigger city of the country. Native Indians can be seen in the Central and Southern Regions. African Americans didnt have such presence in Mexico like in Cuba or Colombia.What kind of Facial features most mexicans got?

No not dirty. All ethnics are different. Just like all Europeans look different. All Hispanics do as well. There isn't a specific feature. Mexico isn't a small country. There are all sorts of different looks. I am Mexican. My brothers are darker than me. I am way lighter than them. I have cousins with blond hair %26amp; blue eyes. And they are 100% Mexican as well.


So you see, there are no specific features. No nose too big, no skin too dark or light, everyone is born different.
