on the adds, you dont really tend to see men
and a lot of them cut there hair short and SELL it
to make things like wigs and extensions in this country!

well i mostly see women and kids on those adds and usually women and kids DON'T have facial hair, and if your not healthy or stressed and depending on climate conditions or all of the above hair won't grow especially due to lack of nourishment
