Im not totally covered in acne, just a few pimples here and there.I tried proactiv but it just made my skin worse.I am currently using Cetaphil....any good products out there?What is a good facial cleanser?

My skin has stayed totally blemish free and radiantly healthy for many years. I do not need to use any moisterizers or any other kind of product. They are only necessary for skins that are not healthy. Neutrogena oil free acne wash is good.
i use clean and clear foaming face wash at night and stridex wipes in the morning. to take care of just a few zits, try toothpaste. dab some minty (not gel) toothpaste on the zits before bedtime. and make sure you moistureize in the morning. that should help clear it up. also drink more water. hope that helps!
